Making chocolate from scratch (every step from bean to bar), the Mast Brothers make some serious chocolate from their factory in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. None of that high fructose nonsense here- just pure cacao, organic cane sugar, and whatever other flavor strikes their fancy. Each bar is 2.5 oz, vegan, and hand wrapped.

After harvest, these beans are uniquely smoked. This post-fermentation process imparts incredible flavor; think hickory smoked bacon and aged scotch. (71% Cacao)
